Pipefit, with its 15 years of experience in mold production, produces solutions to the special requests of its customers as well as standard productions as mold production, and can produce molds based on order or molds according to the product order and perform the injection production of the final product.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Hot Runner Molding System: The heating source in question is called the system in which the plastic is kept molten at the process temperature along all the distributors and channels from the nozzle of the machine to the mold cavity inlet during the entire cycle period. In short, it is to keep the sprue and the dispenser (runner) part hot. This is why this system is called Hot-One; or Runnerless; or Hot Runner Molding System.

Why Hot Runner?
The benefit of hot runner is the possibility to produce better quality plastic parts at a lower price. Hot runner molding eliminates Sprue or Runners. No deburring or cleaning operations are required for Sprue or Runners. Thus, the processing of plastic parts can be realized much faster and automatically.

Since there is no cooling of the Sprue or Runner, the operation time, printing time will be shortened and therefore production will increase. Due to the wide variety of mold entry possibilities, parts can be gated in many different positions. This positively affects the quality of the plastic product.

Flow Length: Wall Thickness ratio, which results in less stress on the part. The lower injection pressure reduces the machine clamping force and also reduces Sinck marks. Hot runner molding systems increase production, reduce material consumption and increase profits.

PACKAGING AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Our molds, which successfully pass the production tests, are carefully packed in wooden crates to reach overseas countries.

The engineer staff of our company is responsible for operating our molds in the buyer factory after our molds reach our customers. The delivery of our molds is made by saving the settings in the machine memory in the injection machine where they will be operated, and by giving all the trainings about the use of molds to the expert staff in the receiving company.
